GET IN TOUCH
As a leading rehab group based in Cape Town, South Africa, we are here to support people struggling with addiction. How can we assist you?

    Your client’s well-being
    is our priority

We value referrals from referrers worldwide and we recognise the importance of the referring professional’s relationship with their patient. With this and the patient in mind, once we have received consent we endeavour to liaise with the referrer in the following ways:

    1

Seek a referral letter from the referrer.

    2

Provide requested updates either weekly; bi-weekly or at the end of treatment.

    3

A member of our medical team will liaise with the referring medical professional if we feel the need to discuss changing any of the medication that has been prescribed before the patient entered Harmony.

    4

Conduct a closing treatment conjoint of around 30 minutes at the end of Primary Treatment and Extended treatment together with the focal therapist; referrer and patient (if the referrer would like this).

    5

Harmony will provide a Discharge Report to the referrer

    6

Before leaving our Living House Tertiary facility and, as part of discharge planning, an appointment to go back to see the referring professional will be in place.
